Automaton
The word Automaton is derived from the Greek αὐτόματος,... automatos, “acting of one’s own will”. It is more often used to describe non-electronic moving machines, especially those that have been made to resemble human or animal actions, such as the jacks on old public striking clocks or the cukoo and any other animated figures on a cukoo clock

Past ?
I found an old notebook... It was, some notes from a diary I owned in Seattle,
with love letters from a stranger, and with quotes of Gertrude S.
from her book "Mexico" , here is Gertrude, cause i would be too
shy to tell about my love letters:

" A song from Mexico that you never write before
   When I was asleep
I crossed many times your country
   I was not just dreaming
   I did it
   Just small package to carry
Being aware of everything in the streets
   Streets of nowhere
   but just Mexico
Do you need to be ashamed when your friends closed their door
when you could just tell them
   sorry I am in Mexico
I am on the streets of Mexico
a place somebody found before me.
There are shelves of books in these streets of no man's land
just a package to carry no more (...)" Gertrude S.

Today 09

I was wondering about history and money :
 " numismatics" in latin  numisma, nomisma, "coin";
from the   Greek: νομίζειν nomízein, "to use according to law"

Now...october 2009,

I refound a book of Gertrude???
fantastic, delicious, happiness, queer, glamourous, musical, cosy,   freaky,,,

i think i will do it soon...

 thanks Gertrude..love you..

when i sat down at my working table with a chair I always felt that
a surface is wonderfull to use for making music
and then i am thinking that every surfaces could be used as well for it,
  even the ceiling.

 belgium,,,april 2009

i am in Antwerpen the sky is grey and the weather is rainy
i walked  all morning in nationalstraast , a lot of fashion and trendy shops
i prefer Groenplaats very singular and belgium atmosphere
a big clock
slab and traditional floor
as the earth is moving a lot the slab on the ground is irregular
i am walking and wondering how they were building the ground…
now i am in a bar where 2 old guys are playing pinball and they look very concentrated on their task  : pinball requires to use both hands sometimes at the same time , sometimes by alternance

... and now ...

I am in my room and i felt like in a compartiment , a sort of box that you could insert into another…
I am thinking to go on the balcony, but it is too cold , but i could see from it others compartiments : smaller or bigger
i imagine this compartiment as a reduction of the whole city : a part of it
Brussels is small
but my room is very small
and i am living a small sphere

the future, may 2009

The future? hum… i don’t have any favorite quotation about it….
But yesterday night i read in a Ballard’s short stories book, like a fairytale :
It was about a witch who was writing poetry like greeks did it ,
she tried to manipulate an editor to change the futuristic way
to write poems …
in the Ballard’s future writers are making poetry with a computer system …
The sorceress wants to make poets going back to the myth of the inspiration :
Mélander and Corydon…
